Cable wins... Flawless connectivity

Getting my cables on this week, I was thinking I could Get the xperia play hooked up to the TV turns out it doesn't have mini HDMI, My Tesco Hudl does, So I was able to get Android on the TV for £15 from asda, A high grade hdmi with all the adapters.

So I can Play some Android games on the TV, Shame stuff like The wiimote app doesn't work with 4.2 jellybean, But you can still use a OTG cable to connect a PS3 controller for use with Android games and lots of different Emulators.

With lots of Games already supporting PS3 pads from the off, a OTG cable is a must for anyone Trying to get the most out of there Android Device, As well as been able to use anything that has a standard USB like this wireless keyboard/Pointer.

Pretty great Result, If it wasn't for one small detail, I did all this with a hudl, This is where I have to take Tesco to task on what seemed like a great device on paper in reality is plagued with problems, There where too major things getting in the way of the perfect android gaming experience, The hudl had a Screen issues one part of the screen will become unresponsive and you have to put it in to sleep mode then come back out again for it to start working, And the HDMI black screen, If you set the hudl's output on 720p or 1080p it will cut out every 10 seconds or so, If you put in down to 576p or 480p the problem goes away but the resolution is a bit pants, All of these issues Tesco have said are Software based and have promised a magic update to fix them that will be released soon, So in full conclusion then Every thing I did with this android tablet is awesome and you should totally get your big TV game pad android set up on the go, Just don't do it with a Hudl what seem to be a great price for a mid spec tablet turn into a minefield of Technical problems that are still been discovered since we all unwrapped them last christmas.

Daxter for £1 on PSP, Still £3 in CEX, I would pick up any PSP game that's not sports or really common for £1 this was complete and boxed they had Mario and Sonic at the Olympics for £1 in the same tat shop but it had High school musical inside the box booo.

Sims 2 and Sims 2 pets for £1 each not really good for cex £1.60/90p trade on them but where in tiny con and my girlfriend like the sims so if she don't want them Ebay fodder.

Tekken 5 for £1 in scope, I have talked about this game countless times, It has the frist 3 tekken games on the disc and still gets you £3 cash and £4 trade in CEX.

Next up in a shop called Cottingham allsorts I found a bunch of original Xbox games all worth having at bargain prices, Dungeons and dragon heroes for £4, I had one of these a few weeks back for 99p, that one sold on ebay for £10 so £4 is still worth it.

Fable 1 for £1, I always buy fable one it will sell around the £5 mark, Lost chapters more £10, When I opened this up it had the disc for lost chapters, This will still sell even tho its a little mixed up, It would suck if it was the other way around

Bards tale for £2 its about £5 worth of game bit of feedback fodder it always sells on ps2 and xbox even with the android release hasn't effected its sales on eBay I find this game alot on ps2 not so much on xbox.
Star wars knights of the old republic 2 sith lords for £2, This sell for round £15 on eBay give or take, So I just paid  £9 for about £30ish pounds worth of games depending on how ebay is feeling that day still for one shop not bad.
